Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to introduce students to management and organization concepts and theories that form the basis of business science, to shed light on current approaches and practices related to these concepts, and to improve students' ability to make scientific discussions and presentations on the subject.

Basic issues related to business management and organization: development of management theory, management process (planning, organization, execution, coordination, control), organizational structures and new ideas and practices regarding organizational structure (downsizing, outsourcing, establishing strategic partnerships, etc.) , current issues in management (empowerment, core competencies, organizational citizenship, intellectual capital, etc.).
