To be known with all the operating parts of a port business, including its field and activity area, and to gain knowledge that can produce solutions to the general problems faced by a current port operator.

Course Contents
Port Management and systems, port, pier, platform and support systems, routing methods of traffic entering and leaving the port, service systems, control-supervision systems, storage areas, loading-unloading systems, waiting times of ships, investment and operating components in ports, costs, fixed and variable costs, service vehicles and structures, port personnel management and operations. Port Activities, Coordination between the Port/Terminal and the ship, Port Construction Equipment, Cranes, Cranes, Warehouse management, Security systems and ISPS.
