Course Contents
The aim of this course is to give basic information about strategic management, to gain basic competencies in external environment and business analysis, to examine the stages of strategy formulation, implementation and valuation in terms of theoretical and practical situations. In this context, the content of the course includes basic concepts related to management and strategic management, strategic management process and its elements, dental environmental analysis, business analysis, measurement of dental environmental elements, strategic guidance, basic strategies, corporate strategies, competitive strategies, departmental strategies, strategy implementation valuation and control.
