Objectives of the Course
To obtain information about the production of products and services made by enterprises. The aim of this course is to provide basic concepts in production management, production systems and production / operations strategy, demand forecasts, product design and process planning, total quality management, supply chain management.

Course Contents
Equips with the basic knowledge necessary to understand the advanced topics of production management. Topics include plant layout and organization, inventory management, project management, short-term planning, linear programming and holistic planning, as well as material requirements planning (MRP); creates the contents.
