Course Contents |
The course will focus on topics such as creating a positive business environment, motivation, team dynamics and virtual teams, conflict and tension management, creativity and decision making, power and influence, leadership, organizational culture, organizational development and management of change, organizational structure. In the Organizational Behavior course, a selection was made among the subjects that would directly provide performance to the employees and ensure that the employees were more effective in business life. |
