Objectives of the Course
To ensure that students have knowledge about the psychological, sociological, economic and cultural aspects of human behavior in organizations To ensure the development of communication skills in the subjects of directing, changing and controlling human behavior.

1May be able to discuss the main purpose of this course and scientific foundatons of O.B. Analyzes five conceptual anchors of O.B. Idetifies personal dimensıons of personality.job satisfaction, motivation and learning.
2May be able to analyze the group formation and management process. Discusses group and group dynamics. Examines group types and team working techniques.
3May be able to describe the basic subjects for improving the performance of employees and organizations. Evaluates the developments of basic conflict resolutions. Discusses the main problems about stress,power and politics and ethics. Develops strategies about organizational change and development.

Course Contents
The course will focus on topics such as creating a positive business environment, motivation, team dynamics and virtual teams, conflict and tension management, creativity and decision making, power and influence, leadership, organizational culture, organizational development and management of change, organizational structure. In the Organizational Behavior course, a selection was made among the subjects that would directly provide performance to the employees and ensure that the employees were more effective in business life.
