Objectives of the Course
The objective of the course is to enable the students to recognize and use digital technologies, digital media and tools in a level that they can use in a competent manner. .

Learning Outcomes
1 Able gain knowledge of new media environment and will learn concepts and approaches necessary to evaluate events and facts related to new media.
2Able to develop a good understanding of digital technologies and be competent in using those technologies.
3Able to develop a knowledge of critical reading and alternative content production, which areelements of critical media literacy.
4Able to gain the ability to find, process, organize, share, evaluate and analyze information by using digital technologies.
5Able to gain competence to use digital media and tools and to improve an awareness for issuess associated to usage of digital media.

The process of finding, processing, editing, sharing, evaluating and analyzing information using digital technologies is the main topic of the course. At the end of the course, it is aimed to ensure the students' dominance of digital media and tools and increase the level of awareness and inquiry about these areas
