Course Contents |
In this course, the concept of administration is defined and the elements and characteristics of the Turkish administrative organization are emphasized. Elements of both the central administration and decentralization principles are transferred to the students, taking into account the latest legal changes. In addition, the concept of public personnel and related rights and obligations and disciplinary law are examined in the light of Council of State decisions. The concept of public good is defined, the legal regime and utilization procedures of public goods are explained. |
