Objectives of the Course
In addition to the basic genetic principles of plant breeding and classical breeding methods, it is also aimed to teach the methods to be used in the genetic solution of the problems encountered in plant breeding in detail, in the light of the new developments in today's plant breeding technology, taking into account the dimensions of biotechnology and genetic engineering.

Learning Outcomes
1In addition to the demands of producers and consumers, knowledge and skills will be gained in changing the genetic structures of plants according to the mandatory changes arising from today's environmental pressures (such as drought, salinity).
