Aim of course is to enable students to learn modern management techniques used in almost every field today and to gain the ability to apply them in institutions they will work in.

Course Contents
Concepts and practices that make up the new management and organization approach, the concept of quality, the concept of total quality management and Theory Z. Business process restructuring, outsourcing, just-in-time production approach, lean organization, proactive and quality function approach. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), quality improvement techniques, six sigma and quality circles. Quality Groups and Staff Empowerment.
