Concepts and practices that make up the new management and organization approach, the concept of quality, the concept of total quality management and Theory Z. Business process restructuring, outsourcing, just-in-time production approach, lean organization, proactive and quality function approach. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen), quality improvement techniques, six sigma and quality circles. Quality Groups and Staff Empowerment. |
