Objectives of the Course
To demonstrate the basic functions of human resources management including topics such as recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and keeping people in organizations. Recognize and understand the role of human resources management in the creation of competitive advantage and strategies in an organization. Recognize the applications and evidence-based decisions related to human resources management.

Course Contents
The course deals with Human Resources as one of the main management functions. In addition, issues such as effective management of human resources, attractiveness and recruitment of employees, management of labor diversity, awareness of employee rights and legal requirements will be covered.
