Objectives of the Course |
To obtain information about the production of products and services made by enterprises. The aim of this course is to provide basic concepts in production management, production systems and production / operations strategy, demand forecasts, product design and process planning, total quality management, supply chain management. |

Course Contents |
Equips with the basic knowledge necessary to understand the advanced topics of production management. Topics include plant layout and organization, inventory management, project management, short-term planning, linear programming and holistic planning, as well as material requirements planning (MRP); creates the contents. |
