Objectives of the Course
Outcome way of choose abilities to more proper material according to technical specification of materials in machine and structure constructions also with respect to determination of technical specifications of metallic material which will used in machine frame and components and developing of a new material

1Herhangibir malzemeyi aldığı temel bilgilere göre tanıyabilir ve kullanım yerlerini söyliyebilir;
2İncelemeye alınan bir malzemenin teknik özelliklerini matematiksel veya deneysel olarak belirliyebilir ;
3Endüstride sık kullanılan metalik ve plastik malzemeler için mukavemet analizi yaparak uygunluğuna karar verebilir ;
4Çok kullanılan temel Malzemelerin elde edilme yöntemlerini bilmesi ve başka bir malzeme için bu yöntemi uygulayabilmesi;
5Metalik malzemelerin alaşım yöntemlerini ve ısıl işlemlerini bilmesi ve yeni özellikte bir malzeme için bu yöntemleri uygulayabilmesi;
6Metalik malzemelerin dış etkenlere karşı korunma yöntemlerini bilmesi ve en uygun koruma yöntemini uygulayabilmesi.;
7Bir imalatta kullanılacak en uygun malzemeyi analiz ederek seçebilmesi.;
8Diğer derslerden aldıkları temel mühendislik bilgilerini malzeme seçimi analizinde uygulayabilme ;
9Malzeme analizinde ve yeni özellikte bir malzeme oluşturmada beceri sahibi olabilme;
10Uluslar arası geliştirilen yeni malzemeleri takip edebilme ve kendi koşullarına göre yeni malzemeleri geliştirebilme ;
