Definition of insurance concept. the development of insurance business in the world and in Turkey. Evaluation of the insurance activities in Turkey. Basic principles of insurance. Types of insurance. The theory of insurance transactions and accounting features. The main documents used in the insurance business. Recording of insurance activities. Tax dimension of insurance operations. Insurance-specific chart of accounts.
