"1. using types of communication
a. choosing the type of communication which is suitable for the purpose according to Characteristics of the business and the customer.
b. communicating verbally using appropriate expressions according to Customer or staff.
c. According to customer or staff, communicating in writing as to the appropriate format and content.
d. communicating non-verbally in appropriate way for Socio-cultural characteristics of the customer or the staff
2. using of Turkish Effectively
a. talking Turkish effectively in the rules of diction.
b. writing Turkish effectively,according to the rules of spelling of Turkish Language Institution.
3. making Organizational communication
a. communicating Effectively and formally according to organizational structure and communication system,
b. communicating the non-formally and effectively within the organization According to organizational culture
c. communicating effectively with People and institutions outside the organization, according to organizational structure and properties of these individuals and institutions .
d. According to the characteristics of the target group, using communication tools effectively and efficiently."
