Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide the student with knowledge and skills about Magnetic Resonance Imaging device in classroom and hospital conditions.

1It provides adaptation to the physical knowledge of the Magnetic Resonance device and the obtained images to the radiological anatomy, contributes to the professional development by understanding whether the images are suitable for diagnostic evaluation and the difference of the pathological structure from the normal anatomy.
2Makes Preparations For Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
3Acquires Cranial MRI Images.
4Acquires Neck/Thorax MR Images.
5Acquires Upper Extremity and Lower Extremity MR Images.
6Acquires Abdomen and Pelvic MRI Images.

Structure of Atom; External Magnetic Field; Basic physics principles of MRI; The structure of the MR device; Obtaining images in Magnetic Resonance Imaging systems; Obtaining a cross-section in magnetic imaging systems. Basic Pulse Sequences in MR; Parameters and factors affecting image quality in MRI; patient preparation; Properties, preparation and selection of contrast agents in MRI; Examinations in Magnetic Resonance Imaging Device; Obtaining Neck/Thorax MR Images; Obtaining Abdomen and Pelvic MR Images; Obtaining MR Images; Obtaining Lower and Upper Extremity MR Images; Obtaining MR Angio Images; Applying Advanced MRI Methods
