Objectives of the Course
Basic knowledge, concepts and principles that will increase public health within a program; It is a special branch that develops, maintains and protects the health of the individual, family, group and society, which assumes the necessary professional roles at every stage of illness and health in line with the health care system of the country, determining the health needs of the society, making the physical and social environment positive. Basic concepts and history of public health, Concept of primary health care, Organization of health services, Factors affecting health in Turkey, Records and health level criteria used in public health services, Inspection, health education, Family and health, Mother and child health, School health , Age problems and home patient care, Occupational health, Environmental health, Public health approaches in communicable and social diseases, early diagnosis and chronic diseases. In line with the basic knowledge, concepts and principles of public health; It is to gain knowledge and skills to protect, maintain and improve the health of individuals, families and community groups.
