Objectives of the Course
Language description and its importance; language-culture relations, written language and ts attributes, outer structure and rules in written literature, dictation rules and punctuation marks; plan, theme, point of view, auxiliary ideas in text, writing paragraph; composition concept, rules and plans of writing composotions; composition framework, theme, paragraph review, composition editing studies, general expression anomalies, thinking and to express thoughts in selected texts; various text types (memoir, anecdote, story, critique, novel etc.) formal texts (autobiography, petition, report, advertisement, bibliography, notification, official texts, scientific texts, article, etc.) studies on introduction, development and conclusion parts of article, article writing study, note taking and summarizing methods and techniques.

Explore the relation between society?s other basic elements and language being a fundamental term providing the society to live altogether. 1Having enough academic information about: description of the language, functions of language, grammar and basic concepts of the science of language, Qualifications of world languages, place of Turkish language among these languages, historical periods of Turkish language, sound and sound events, word attachments, word derivation paths, phrases, sentences, sentence elements, sentence types.
2To have adequate academic knowledge about theories of literature, Göktürk and Uyghur literatures, Divan literature, Sufi and folk literature, the new Turkish literature, world literature.
3To have relevant knowledge and skills about Turkish language and literature; about the transfer and application of teaching methods and techniques, which is necessary at reading listening, speaking and writing areas to primary school education II. grade level of students.

12Intends to have enough level of foreign language skill to be able to follow current research and to communicate with colleagues in the field of Turkish Language and Literature.
13Being history-conscious about principles of Atatürk and being knowledgeable about Revolution.
14Knows old alphabets of Turkish and can translate them to Latin alphabet and can do linguistic studies on these texts.

16Has the ability to read, to understand and to analyze the texts which are written in Turkey Turkish Anatolia and Rumeli accents.
