Lesson; classification of foodstuffs according to nutritional value, grouping of foodstuffs, characteristics and distribution of foodstuffs, useful and harmful bacteria, microorganisms, foodborne poisonings, food preservation methods, canned food, milk, cereal, meat and meat products, fruit and vegetable technologies, The topics of food additives are discussed. |
