Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to develop the necessary English communication skills of ground services personnel to fulfill their responsibilities in the operational systems of airports.

1Communicate effectively in ordinary and unusual situations, from passenger services to operational services, with moderate fluency and correct English,
2Recognize aviation English terminology
3Selecting relevant information in texts written in connection with an operational process at airports, and using appropriate and correct grammatical structures in accordance with stylistic and social discourse forms,
4Can distinguish between spoken English and plain English during operations.

Course Contents
This course focuses on English vocabulary and grammatical structures related to operational situations, unusual events, health problems, descent, circuit joining, approach and landing problems, incidents on landing, runway conditions and landing hazards, taxiing, berthing and clarity in communication. .
