Objectives of the Course
Career Planning course students' business world, different sectors and these sectors by enabling them to recognize their needs; career planning in the preparation process for the business world It aims to raise awareness among students about its importance. course, students, personal by enabling them to discover their competencies and to understand the expectations of the business world correctly; information and develop their skills in line with the requirements of the relevant sectors.

1Learning Outcomes: • Increasing Self-Awareness: Ensuring that the student realizes his/her strengths and openness to development and recognizes himself/herself in terms of his/her interests, competencies and skills. • Exploring Career Options: Ensuring that students get to know sectors such as the public sector, private sector, academia, non-governmental organizations, comprehend the differences between sectors, and turn to a career field suitable for their future plans. Gaining awareness of students about the expectations of the business world and the competencies they prioritize. • Recognition of Support Units: Providing information on university units (international relations / exchange office, etc.) that can support the career of the student, and support services such as TUBITAK Scholarships, Mevlana program. Career Planning begins with an effort to know oneself and discover one's potential. The aim of this course is for students to; is to help them make a career planning compatible with their future goals by enabling them to gain awareness about their interests, personal characteristics and values. In this context, with the Career Planning course, students are expected to learn the following learning outcomes: • Learning Effective Resource Usage: Reaching the right resources in the career process • Developing Self-Expression and Effective Communication Skills: Increasing awareness about the importance of developing fine skills in the career process. Comprehending the importance of issues affecting communication such as body language, diction, and address; development of accurate and effective communication skills. In order to motivate and encourage the students, it is suggested that inspiring people who have graduated from the university where the panel is organized and who have been successful in the public sector participate in the said panel.

The participation of inspiring people who have graduated from the university and have succeeded in the academic field is recommended.
13Industry Days -Entrepreneurship Organizing a panel with the participation of managers who can provide information about the nature of start-up / entrepreneurship and career opportunities in today's conditions. In order to motivate and encourage the students, it is suggested that inspiring people who graduated from the university where the panel was held and who have been successful in the field of entrepreneurship should participate in the said panel.
