Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course, students will work private and public health services, "human resource management" concept meaning / purpose / historical development, business analysis / design, human resource planning and employee selection, training and career development, human resources, international human resource management, industrial relations and trade unionism, to give an overview of issues such as compensation management.
