Objectives of the Course
To demonstrate the role and role of social services in public administration, - To reflect the historical development of social services in Turkish public administration system, - To create a conceptual framework for public administration. To determine the basic elements of administrative structuring and the functions of management. T. C. In this course, the theoretical framework of local government, a detailed description of local government, the history of local government, local government types and legal framework, the central government and the relationship between local government, social policy contribution of local governments, Critical Evaluation of Local Government, Problems of Local Governments in Turkey, Civil Society Initiatives and Definitions of Non-Governmental Organizations, Purpose of Public Relations in Local Governments, Basic Principles of Public Relations in Local Administrations, Local Government Structures in Developed Countries, Countries (USA, Japan, England, Russia, France etc.) Comparative Local Governments and Policies, Local Government, local administration and history in the constitution, basic laws on local government, duties and responsibilities of municipalities, metropolitan municipality and bodies, unit of local administrations Special provincial administrations and their problems, Provincial bank, new understanding in local government r and role of social work profession, local government models, social service profession and local government relationship in 21 century, Local Governments and Democracy, Local Government Structures in Developed Countries, Local Government Legislation, Local Governments as Local Administration, Municipalities as Local Government, Local Governments Unit will focus on important issues such as Villages and Provinces Bank, New Understanding in Local Governments, International Documents, Social Assistance in Local Administrations, Social Services in Local Administrations, E-Local Governments.
