6Diodes: Diode symbols; Diode characteristics and properties
7Diode Types: Silicon controlled rectifier, light emitting diode, Shottky diode, photopermeable diode, varactor diode, varistor, rectifier diodes, Basic characteristics and usage of Zener diodes

9Transistors: Transistor symbols; Definition of transistor; Structure and operation of PNP and NPN transistors; Transistor characteristics and properties.
